Throughout the building process, Derick responded to us in a timely manner. He listened to what we wanted and gave us new and innovative input. Derick was on top of our project from start to finish to see that everything was done exactly as we had discussed.
No matter what our request, Hainstock Homes was willing to accommodate. Derick was available for us to discuss our home features and had outstanding communication skills in both the areas of talking and listening.
Another highlight of our building process with Hainstock Homes was the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Our home is solid, energy efficient, and we believe no corners were cut. Derick was on-the-job to be sure everyone was doing what we requested and he too is meticulous in his craft.
Derick stayed true to his word on our bids or if things did change he communicated those cost changes with us, in advance so we had full understanding of what our financial investment was going to be.
